The completely renovated venue is the vision of partners Nick and Allya Curl and John and Ed Lewis. This veteran team has brought their extensive experience to Villa with the goal of creating an environment pleasing to a multitude of ages and capable of handling a wide array of events.
Villa's 6500 square foot, 2-story venue is a tasteful blend of comfort, style and simple elegance. From the warm and inviting interior to the large, unique second floor outdoor patio, Villa's goal is to offer an atmosphere that is stimulating and vibrant yet intimate and accommodating.
True to the lounge’s name, Villa is a comfortable and classy 2-story venue where details like intimate conversation areas, large bars, a world-class small plates menu, VIP sections, dance floor and inviting staff are perfectly suited towards a wide array of clientele. Whether you are looking to have an intimate cocktail party, share some special time with a significant other or close friends, meet new people or have an all out big city bash, Villa creates that experience for you!
The space’s versatility, including a handicap accessible elevator to the second floor and outdoor patio makes Villa perfect for corporate and private events and functions, live music, fashion shows, wedding showers, holiday and cocktail parties, bachelor/bachelorette events and the like. The venue’s components and furniture are all modular and removable, allowing for a wide variety of floor plans.

There is always an open to the public party going on at Villa complete with resident and guest DJ’s on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9PM to 2AM.

Villa Southside is a casual dressy establishment. Our dress code is mandated and enforced by the staff. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone who is not dressed appropriately. Our staff also reserves the right to deny entry to anyone overly intoxicated or to any person/persons they deem not suitable for admittance.
Villa has a coat check during the winter months for $3.00.
